Enough of posts about design
I thought it was about time to live up to the word ‘sketchblog’ at the top and post a sketch. However I am still banging on about design. Why do the people who manufacture dog baskets, dog beds and all dog paraphernalia think that dog-owners are completely indifferent to design and that we quite happily welcome fake-fur covered in pawprints into our homes? Is it as bad for cat-owners?

Nice to see a new sketch. Are there signs of spring in the bluebell wood yet?
I bought red velvet dog cushions with black trim and tassels from IKEA for my dogs. Not exactly minimalist but quite regal.

cats prefer cardboard cartons, the airing cupboard, the wardrobe and piles of clean washing
- anything actually designed for them like little tent-like affairs (complete with pawprints)is treated with utter disdain I'm afraid
It's still very cold here Penny. The snowdrops are starting to flower but we won't have bluebells for another couple of months.
Unfortunately IKEA is outside my driving range Rachel. Everything local is hideous.
Maybe cats just have better taste than dogs?
