The characters that crop up regularly in this blog are daughter – Flo, eldest son – Tom, second son – Hugo and third son – Xavier.

Lovely! The shading and monochrome blue is spectacular. I would never have thought about it....
Yes the monochrome blue is an excellent choice. It's a good pose too with the long line of the body. Hey, yeserday our local papers wrote up a story about a $33 million nude painting by Lucian Freud and published a pic of it. What do you think of his paintings? This one was a bit of a shocker. Seems like he is a figurative painter who loves to exaggerate and make people really ugly. I looked him up on the web and I like his drawings but not his paintings.

Thanks all for your nice comments. I've been sorting out some old stuff and I realise now than that this one is better than i initially thought - well, actually more like the others are worse than I thought.
