I’m knackered and worn out. Sometimes I’d give anything to be a hermit.

I would love to have you for a friend. I like this one even if it is a bit black looking. I hope you are feeling less worn out, it is what changes and disruptions do.
Go and have a coffee and a giggle with some one if you can.

I want to be a hermit too! Sometimes life just gets in the way doesn't it.
Hey, you still managed a fantastic sketch though

This is a lovely portrait. Five minutes? (That's what I read on your portrait blog) Five minutes to capture this is amazing!

Super drawing.
Cheer up - what about all those birthday bashes, weddings, and friends? Okay, too much in one week.
A hermit. No. Read my (long) story in the geelong blog about a performance artist who lives in one room for a month!

Ah Penny - as far as we both can manage it over the internet - we are friends, and what a lovely thing to say.
Anita, yes you're right.
Jess thanks - on reflection it may have been 10 minutes - I just know it was short
Wendy, I just sometimes long for a cool minimalist space without the demands of anyone - it just kind of spilled out yesterday
