Tom laughing

Another late night drawing. Tom was watching re-runs of ‘Smack the Pony’ – very funny – I didn’t realise how old the programme was. Flo was out at a Harry Potter party – her friend’s mother is a bookseller so they all stayed up till midnight to get their copy of the new book.

I'm enjoying all your family portraits even though I haven't been commenting much. I wonder if Flo has read the book already? I'm envious! Hubby ordered ours on Amazon but it looks like it won't be here until Tuesday or even Wednesday. I'm sure it's already in the local shops so that probably wasn't such a good idea! I don't know how we'll avoid reading spoilers until then!

Your self portrait in the mirror is great!

I think you must be getting reasonable likenesses as the family similarities are very clear. I hope you aren't flooded or without power. We're getting lots of TV coverage of your flooding at the moment.

Was everybody at a Harry Potter party this weekend. Do you think it's broken the record for the book which most people read in a weekend? Probably not - if my sources are not telling porkies.......

I used to really like the sign-off but of Smack the Pony - doesn't work quite the same when it's a repeat!

Flo has finished HP and is being a good girl keeping her mouth shut while everyone else gets through it.

Thanks Alison - for some reason some (Robin and Hugo) work better than others.

Can you believe Smack the Pony is 7 years old so Tom is really enjoying it because he didn't see it 1st time round.
