Portrait two

I know it’s the same portrait but it was only after posting the first one that I noticed how different this looks cropped. Reminds me of my Auntie Margaret.

Julie, though I like the one below, the cropped in version is much more compelling. I admire your use of color and fresh strokes.

Thanks Nelly - I agree, it is interesting isn't it how the right cropping can improve something so much. Hashi, I used the 'oil pastel' tool in Painter for this one and you can only see the texture properly at this scale.
Jocelyn, it's great with Painter how you don't have to spend any more to get the super deluxe set of 48 oil pastels rather than the economy 12!
