EDM - Doorknob challenge
It’s neverending. I don’t know how everyone else keeps up with all the chores and repair jobs that need to be done. I think I’d rather draw the house collapsing around me.

This is a place where I regularly post personal artwork, good, bad or indifferent.
The characters that crop up regularly in this blog are daughter – Flo, eldest son – Tom, second son – Hugo and third son – Xavier.
I'll try to reply wherever you comment but if I don't it's only because I'm overwhelmed with caring for my family and earning a living.
And talking about earning a living, if you need a good all round graphic designer please visit my business website to see if I can help you.

This is GORGEOUS, Julie!! Love all those swirls - SUPER job on it! Is there an "oxford' anything near you?
This is beautiful. I love all the detail.

Wow! that's fantastic...I hate repair work too, and that includes cleaning...one of those necessary evils!
Beautiful drawing! You are so good with details -- the textrue is perfect!
The swirl of writing is like the neverending chaos that knocked the knob off--and it lies there in exquisite beauty. Gorgeous!
Lin, I believe there is at least one road in St Albans that has the word Oxford in it. I'll have to investigate to see if there are some treasures there.
I see there are a few of you that feel the same as I do about sorting out the chaos. I love what you've said nita about 'the neverending chaos knocking the knob off'. I think it was the avalanche of children tumbling through the front door at the end of the school day!
gosh, the detail! This is wonderful! I love how you've got the shadow and the lighting and the detail.
I hope you get to Oxford one day, even if it is in 20 years!
