The characters that crop up regularly in this blog are daughter – Flo, eldest son – Tom, second son – Hugo and third son – Xavier.
I'll try to reply wherever you comment but if I don't it's only because I'm overwhelmed with caring for my family and earning a living.

Julie, I adore the face in this bottom sketch. You did an excellent job with this. Those eyes are wonderful and I love the bend in the ears. :o)
I think they are great too! I can almost see you sketching as fast as you can. Great capture.
LOL - I've had the same problem with mine - that's why all my sketches of them are of them asleep! You've done a brilliant job capturing this pup!!
I think you did a great job..the last one is my favorite..cant beat those adoring doggy eyes...I have a sheaf of drawings like the first one of the cat today who would not hold still and never stopped the same way twice...alotof headless cat drawings...lol..but its fun isnt it??

I tried bending my creaky knees to get down to Rufus's level - and telling him not to go to sleep - because the previous time I'd tried, he'd been asleep. The trouble is they will move if they're awake. There are a few more but these were the best of the bunch
