My personal trainer

This little chap drags me out for a walk in all weathers, so I’m very grateful to have him. I’d be the size of a house without him!

This is a place where I regularly post personal artwork, good, bad or indifferent.
The characters that crop up regularly in this blog are husband – Robin, eldest teenager and only daughter – Flo, next teenager and eldest son – Tom, teenager second son – Hugo, five year old third son – Xavier, and red Staffordshire Bull Terrier – Rufus.
I'll try to reply wherever you comment but if I don't it's only because I'm overwhelmed with running a family and earning a living.
My two eldest have started a business venture selling artwork (mainly my paintings) to raise money for university. Please visit their site, Oakley Gallery to see what they are selling now.
If you want to buy prints of anything you see here or have any requests please send an email to flo at oakleygallery dot com

I love this, he looks so comfy! - and I could do with such an exerciser too.
Thank you tcores.
Caroline if you work out the cost despite the inconvenience of having a dog versus the cost of a personal trainer I'm sure that the dog will win out. (And the personal trainer won't worship the ground you walk on )
Far more handsome than some lycra clad macho man!
My personal trainers took me off on a long walk on Lantau yesterday. They were completely pooped!
He looks so nice and relaxed that if you asked him to go for a good, he'll tell where to go!
