Tom's birthday treat

posted by Julie Oakley at Thursday, October 27, 2005
This is a place where I regularly post personal artwork, good, bad or indifferent.
The characters that crop up regularly in this blog are daughter – Flo, eldest son – Tom, second son – Hugo and third son – Xavier.
I'll try to reply wherever you comment but if I don't it's only because I'm overwhelmed with caring for my family and earning a living.
And talking about earning a living, if you need a good all round graphic designer please visit my business website to see if I can help you.
If you want to buy prints of anything you see here or have any requests please send an email to julie at julieoakleydesign dot com

very nice work...cute little devil above!
Duckastic sounds like a good laugh! Is it ok for under 10 year-olds?
Thank you joli.
Cream - I think an under 10 year old would enjoy the magic and the pretend nudity would make them laugh - it's also very theatrical with lots of costume and scenery changes which would keep them entertained, but its not a show specifically for children so I suppose I probably might not take a child under 6 or 7 to it (and I have always taken my kids to fairly sophisticated theatre for their age)
Is Oct. 27th your son's birthday? It's my older son's birthay, too -- he turned 13 and we went out for sushi! :)
